These terms apply to your use of steedvision.com and to every order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

steedvision.com is operated by Steed Technology (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd. ("Steedvision", "we", "us"), No. 175 Zhenzhong Road, Futian District, Shenzhen 518028, China. Email: [email protected]. Steedvision™ is a brand of Steed Technology (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd.
2. Products and Descriptions
We sell CCTV and security camera testers, cable tracers and related accessories. We describe our products and their specifications as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration, and the exact color or packaging may differ slightly. We may improve a product's hardware or firmware without notice, as long as the features listed on the product page are not reduced.
Compatibility with camera brands, formats and protocols is as listed on each product page. If you are unsure whether a tester suits your cameras, please contact us before ordering.
Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Huawei, ONVIF and other names on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them only to describe compatibility. Steedvision is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these companies.
3. Prices and Currency
Prices are set in US dollars. Depending on your location, prices may be shown in your local currency; the currency and total shown at checkout are what you pay. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Shipping costs, and any duties and taxes we collect, are shown before you pay. How duties and taxes work for each country is explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
4. Orders
When you place an order, we send you an email confirming that we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we accept your order, which happens when we ship it and send you the shipping confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
5. Payment
We accept credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets through Stripe, and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order. For business orders, bank transfer may be arranged on request. Payment providers' own terms also apply to your payment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping rates and how lost parcels are handled are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, because couriers and customs may need to contact you.
7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
You can return a product within 30 days of delivery, and every tester has a 1-year repair warranty. Conditions and the return process are described in our Return and Refund Policy. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under the consumer law of your country, which nothing in these terms limits.
8. Using Our Products
- Follow the user manual and safety instructions, including those for the battery, charger and PoE and DC power outputs.
- Use the testers only on cameras, recorders and networks that you own or are authorized to install, test or maintain. You are responsible for complying with the laws on surveillance, privacy and network access that apply to your work.
- Firmware and software supplied with our products are licensed for use with that product only. Do not modify, copy or reverse engineer them except where the law allows.
9. Your Account and Website Use
If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Do not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or placing fraudulent orders. The text, images and design of this website belong to Steedvision or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business or data, arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory product liability and consumer protection laws.

12. Questions and Disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at [email protected]. Most issues can be solved quickly by email. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
