Cameras

IP cameras up to 8K / 32MP over ONVIF, RTSP and brand protocols. One BNC input and one loop output for analog CVBS cameras, with a PAL / NTSC color bar generator. TVI, CVI, AHD and SDI cameras need the IPC-9800CADH Pro+ or IPC-9800CADHS Pro+.

Power

55V PoE++ up to 90W (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt), standard 48V PoE up to 25.5W, DC12V 3A, DC24V 2A and USB 5V 2A, so the camera runs without an injector or adapter.

Network

Dual gigabit RJ45 ports, a gigabit SFP slot for a standard fiber module, and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. IP scan, ping, trace route, DHCP server, PPPoE, DNS and port flashing are in NET TOOL.

Video and PTZ

HDMI output up to 4K @ 60FPS for a larger monitor, and RS-485 PTZ control at 600–115200bps with more than 30 protocols. Snapshots and recordings save to the TF card.

FAQ

Which cameras can the IPC-9800C Pro+ test?

IP cameras up to 8K / 32MP over ONVIF and RTSP and analog CVBS cameras (PAL / NTSC).

Does it work with Hikvision and Dahua cameras?

Yes. Besides standard ONVIF and RTSP, it has built-in Hikvision and Dahua test tools, so cameras from both brands can be found and checked on site without a laptop.

Can it power a PTZ camera without a switch or injector?

Yes. It supplies PoE++ (55V, max 90W, IEEE 802.3af/at/bt), standard PoE (DC48V, max 25.5W) and DC12V / 3A and DC24V / 2A camera power, enough for high-draw PTZ cameras while you set them up.

Can it control PTZ cameras?

Yes, over RS485, 600–115200bps. Protocols: PELCO-D/P, Samsung, Panasonic and 30+ Protocols.

Can it find cable faults?

Yes. RJ45 TDR checks network cable length, and finds the distance to an open or short, up to 180m. It also has a built-in wire tracer (BNC / RJ45 / Telephone Cable Detection).

Can it test cameras on fiber?

Yes. The gigabit SFP slot takes a standard fiber module, so cameras on fiber links are tested without a media converter.

Which menu languages does it support?

English, Polish, Italian, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, French, German, Turkish, Portuguese, Vietnamese and more.

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

Shipping is free to the US and most of Europe. The shipping cost and estimated delivery date for your country are shown above Add to Cart and again at checkout, and every order ships with a tracking number sent by email.

Will I have to pay import duties?

Where it is offered, choose "Duties & Taxes Paid" at checkout to pay import duties and taxes upfront, with nothing to pay on delivery. Otherwise any duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery. Not offered for your country? Contact us for a duties-paid quote.

What warranty does it come with?

A 1-year repair warranty, and we cover shipping both ways for repairs. If it arrives damaged or develops a fault within 7 days of delivery, we replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee, and we cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Which payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and major credit and debit cards at checkout. Business orders can also pay by bank transfer (T/T).

Can I get a company invoice or bulk pricing?

Yes. We provide proforma invoices, company invoices, bank transfer payment and bulk order pricing. Contact us through the Business Purchase box on this page.
